Mostly Pictures Of BLAAUWKLIPPEN Winery, Stellenbosch, South Africa : Inside Cellars Looking Out : Harvest & Wine-Making In Full Swing!

I hope that you enjoy these artsy photos that I took of one part of our wine-tasting/barrel and stainless-steel tasting of wines fermenting with winemaker Rolf and his two female marketing assistants as well as importer John Morrison that took me with him to South Africa. John and Theresa Morrison are owners/partners in BOUTIQUE Wine Selections, specialists of South African wines ( MORESON, DE MEYE, CAMBERLEY, BEAUMONT and more ).

Enjoy these photos that I took to really try and capture as much of the complete moment as possible as while we were tasting wine-making operations were going on all around us as it was harvest time as well as fermenting time for the just-picked grapes.

I loved talking these pictures inside the cellar looking out through the narrow door into the world outside that allowed a small amount of light to come inside and made a perfect frame for people and wine glasses and showed the bunch of grapes ready to be de-stemmed and soon pressed ... nice ... and a beautiful day, too at BLAAUWKLIPPEN. Memorable, thanks to you four that made this a wonderful moment in my life.

This was back in March of 2009. It's now Monday , December 13th, 2009 here at home in northern Virginia at 12:31 PM and it's my day-off. Happy Holidays to one and to all. Cheers, TONY

Enjoy these pictures and the visual stories that they tell and hold all on their own. Use your own imaginations and knowledge to help fill in the holes ...
