The thought that counts , an etching series I did in Paris, France in Amo day, August 1st, 1979 and finished on August 20, 1980; with adding oil pastels to the etching as I thought they did not work on their own, artist proofs, the 6th state I believe, four of them here, enjoy! 7/3/2023

my etching called The Thought that counts inspired by a bomb that went off years ago at the La Guardia aurport - one of the very first of its tyoe, a portent of things to come, and itvaffected me deeply as a young man kiving in Paris, France at the time etching at the Atelier 17 owned and run by William Stanley Hayter an Englishman famous, and i may have printed these at the Atelier 54 of Joelle Serve one of his early French students, cheers!
